  Our Network

Better World Club has one of the largest networks of service providers in North America. We welcome both the good, and the not-so-good stories from our members, and we use that to improve the quality in that area. If you're curious about the providers we have in your area, please contact us, just make sure to reference your zip-code, and we'll get back to you. Though, as a network is only as good as it's providers, we can't share the names of service providers, but we'll happily tell you how many there are. If you have a favorite provider in your area, please let us know, so we can make sure we can try to attempt them to our network.

Our network has been improving for more than 20 years, and today we have more than 40,000 service vehicles across all 50 states, the District of Columbia, and Canada.

  What You Can Expect

When you call our 27/7/365 Emergency Roadside Assistance Number, we willl start by asking if you are in a safe location. If you are not, we'll contact the proper authorities on your behalf to ensure your personal safety. For members in safe environments, we will then determine who will answer your call for assistance by assessing our service providers on their availability, our past experiences with them, their range of coverage, and their capabilities.

Once this is completed, you can expect our service provider to arrive soon. Our goal for service is service arrival is 30 minutes for urban/sub-urban environments, and 60 minutes in rural areas. In Quarter 2 of 2006, we achieved an average urban/sub-urban response of 38 minutes. We also judge our service providers through communication with members who had recently been serviced.

When our service provider arrives, they will persue the necessary course of action.

If you are a cyclist, and a simple tool will not solve your problem, your bike will be placed in the arriving vehicle, and you will be transported to your destination.

If you are in a motorized vehicle, we will confirm your identity, and your right-to-access/ownership of the vehicle, then we will proceed with the service, including:

  • supply fuel/oil/water/coolant/jumper cables
  • perform lock-smith service (Limits depend upon class of membership.)
  • extricate vehicle (Limits depend upon class of membership.)
  • tow vehicle (Limits depend upon class of membership.)
  • Undertake other necessary, covered actions

Barring extraordinary circumstances, payment for the service provider will have been resolved with our dispatch. Should you need to file for reimbursement for services performed, you may use the claim form that arrived with your membership packet, or download one from our Member Site.

Better World Club would appreciate hearing about your experiences with our service providers, please contact us and let us know how it went.
