Covered Members
- Individual membership only covers Primary Driver for roadside assistance.
- Household (PLUS) membership
covers up to four members of your family. This includes
the primary member, spouse
or domestic partner, children or dependent of the
individual member who are between 16-24, are a licensed
driver and have the same principal residence as the
individual member.
- Roadside Assistance coverage is for the driver. We cover you in any
vehicle that you are driving or riding in at the time
the vehicle is disabled. We cannot provide service
to unattended vehicles. Please be with the disabled
vehicle at the time service is needed.
Emergency Roadside Assistance Service Calls for
Auto Membership (Per Covered
Member)
Each covered member is entitled to a total of four
service calls, per year. Service calls are defined as
one of the following:
- emergency towing
- battery assistance
- flat tire assistance
- fuel delivery
- extrication
- locksmith services - each household is entitled
to a total of four calls per membership year.
