Our Answer: First we would call everyone within a 10 mile radius of the breakdown (20 if you are in a rural area). The middle of the night does pose a small problem because many places are not open. However we would call 15-20 people before we would tell the customer that we need to change strategies. Then we grab the yellow pages and start making calls. Sometimes the dispatcher will ask the customer if they know of any companies near by. Often the customer does.

We may find a provider who will ask for the member to pay. If this happens we would reimburse you for the full amount of the tow.
